Paul founded 'KIMBER GOLF' by selecting the most talented individuals he has worked with in his 12 years in the industry. Paul and the Kimber Golf team of designers and shapers already have an outstanding reputation. Design Team Paul Kimber Niall Glen Evan Bryceland Construction Team Shapers	Building a Team At Kimber Golf we firmly believe that the best way to create outstanding golf courses is to utilise the combined skills and experiences of all members of the construction crew. Whilst the Golf Course Architects typically take the lead in the early phases of the project, the input and enthusiasm of the construction crew is equally as important to the success of each project. From our very first site visit we are considering how best to approach the construction phase of the project, identifying who has the relevant construction experience for the type of design we are looking to implement and who will thrive in each location. To date we have built course using local contractors who know nothing about golf through to large internationally recognised golf course contracting specialists. Each project will have different requirements and we have the ability and experience to react to the client's requirements and build a team of specialists to deliver accordingly.
